Tamil Nadu Premier League 2026 tickets are on sale now. The Tamil Nadu Cricket Association has confirmed District by Zomato as the official ticketing platform for the 10th season, and booking is already live for every league-stage match from 4 August to 22 August 2026.
The 10th edition of the Shriram Capital Tamil Nadu Premier League runs from 4 to 28 August 2026 across two venues — the NPR College Cricket Ground in Natham, Dindigul, and the M. A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

This is the best value on the calendar. On double-header days, District sells a single listing covering both matches — the 3:30 PM game and the 7:30 PM game.
Double-header days at Dindigul: August 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14. Double-header days at Chennai: August 20, 21, 22
That’s eleven days where one ticket buys roughly seven hours of live T20 cricket. If you’re picking one day to attend, pick a doubleheader.
How Much Do TNPL 2026 Tickets Cost?

TNPL has always been positioned as an affordable, family-friendly league. Based on previous seasons, expect general admission to sit in the low hundreds, with premium and hospitality tiers rising from there. Check the live listing for the real figure — pricing for the Chennai leg and the playoffs is likely to run higher than for Dindigul.
Two things worth expecting:
The Chennai leg will be priced above Dindigul. A Test venue and a district ground have different stand configurations and cost bases.
Playoffs and the Final will be the premium end. When those listings appear, expect them to open higher than league games.
TNPL 2026 Venues
NPR College Cricket Ground, Natham, Dindigul (4–15 August)
The opening leg belongs to Dindigul district. NPR College hosts the first 20 matches of the season, including the tournament opener between the defending champions iDream Tiruppur Tamizhans and the Dindigul Dragons — effectively a home game for the Dragons.
Natham sits roughly 20 km from Dindigul town and about 40 km from Madurai. Plan your travel: public transport is more limited than in a metro, and a 7:30 PM match finishes late. Expect fewer on-site facilities than at a Test ground.
M. A. Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai (18–28 August)
Chepauk hosts the closing eight league matches and all four playoff games, including the Final on 28 August. The ground has staged Test cricket since 1934 and remains one of India’s great cricket venues.
The stadium is on Wallajah Road. Public transport is the sensible option on match days — parking nearby is limited and traffic builds early. Check your ticket for the assigned gate, since premium and general stands typically use different entrances.
Which TNPL 2026 Matches Should You Book First?
The opener — 4 August, Dindigul. Defending champions against the local side, first night of the season. Openers draw crowds.
Chennai’s closing double-header — 22 August. Two matches, a Saturday, at Chepauk, on the last day of the league stage with playoff places on the line. One ticket, two games, maximum stakes.
Chepauk Super Gillies at Chepauk — 18 and 21 August. The most successful franchise in TNPL history, with four titles, playing in front of a home crowd.
