Pakistan Super League 2024 ( also known as PSL 2024) will be the 9th season of the Pakistan Super League. It is a franchise Twenty20 cricket league that was established by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) in 2015. PCB announced that the ninth season of PSL will be held from 17th February 2024 to 18th March 2024 with all matches taking place in Pakistan. The tournament will be played in Pakistan with Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi being the four venues
The complete schedule for the Pakistan Super League 2024 (i.e. PSL 2024 or PSL 9) is announced by the PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board).
Following an opening ceremony, defending champions Lahore Qalanders will take on two-time winner Islamabad United at the Gaddafi Stadium Lahore with the first ball to be bowled at 7:30 pm PKT.
The previous HBL PSL season was won by Lahore Qalandars, who defeated Multan Sultans in the final at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore to become the first side to clinch two successive HBL PSL titles. Islamabad United ended the season in third place, while Peshawar Zalmi was fourth in the standings. Karachi Kings and Quetta Gladiators finished fifth and sixth, respectively.
The eighth season of the PSL was won by Lahore Qalandars who defeated the Multan Sultans in the final of the competition in Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore. It would be interesting to see who will win the HBL PSL 2024.
In PSL 2024, a total of six teams are participating who are the same as the previous season no change in the team. All the matches of PSL 2024 were played at Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi venues. Each team will play two matches in the double round-robin format so a total of 34 matches will be played including the semi-final and Final.

Like the previous edition, the forthcoming ninth edition of the HBL PSL will take place in two legs with Multan Cricket Stadium and Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium hosting 14 matches between them from 17 to 27 February. The cricketing action will then move to Rawalpindi’s Pindi Cricket Stadium and Karachi’s National Bank Stadium, where 16 matches will be played from 28 February to 12 March. The tournament will then move to Karachi in its entirety for the playoffs.
